How To Use
Download and print for weekly or daily use. Use the monthly reset once a month to discover your three lowest areas needing improvement using the Wellness Wheel. Follow the Monthly Reset prompts to answer questions to help you explore ideas of how to improve your lowest areas and help to prepare you to set your monthly goals. Once you set your monthly goals, use the Daily journal pages to help manifest through affirmations, and set your intentions for each day. Finally, at the end of the week, take time to reflect on your progress and celebrate yourself!
